Hi Andy, good reminder. I am stuck in a job which I dislike too. More because of the people and toxic culture. What do you think about taking a paycut of 50% to study something related to AI / Cybersecurity? Or taking a MAS subsidised masters (range 15k) in a programme which is entirely different (for a mid career switch)
If you can live with the lower income and feel that the new field is more suitable for you, go for it.
